Make It Happen Politics is run by husband and wife Christy and Matt McKinney, who have been in politics staffing and working campaigns nationwide since 2008. Our mission is simple: to make the better world of tomorrow — it's in our name. We do our best to supply the best of the best, whether the race is a small local election or a statewide initiative.
Christy McKinney

A political science graduate, Christy has directed and staffed more than 30 campaigns across the country, building field programs from the ground up and delivering results for candidates and causes at every level of the ballot.
Matt McKinney
Co-Founder & Field Director
Matt brings extensive field experience as a field director on campaigns in Oregon, California, Florida, Virginia, Iowa, Arizona, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. In politics since 2020, he has trained over 2,000 canvassers to be elite, on-message machines that put the best image forward for any candidate.
